HSLC was created to provide high school juniors and seniors with the tools needed to increase leadership roles in their schools and communities. We believe that anyone with the motivation to be a leader can be a leader. Our job is to teach delegates how to utilize their talents to be more effective in their leadership efforts.

We are looking for delegates who are:

Active in their schools or communities
