High School Leadership Conference

Spring 2016

 

HSLC was created to provide high school juniors and seniors with the tools needed to increase leadership roles in their schools and communities. We believe that anyone with the motivation to be a leader can be a leader. Our job is to teach delegates how to utilize their talents to be more effective in their leadership efforts. The conference includes information on:

  • Delegation

  • Communication

  • Diversity

  • Risk Management

  • Teamwork

  • Personality Profiles

We are looking for delegates who are:

  • Active in their schools or communities

  • Striving to improve leadership skills

  • Highly motivated and willing to explore new learning experiences

 

HSLC Mission Statement

“To enhance the development of high school leaders through inspirational speakers, interactive teamwork & leadership building exercises; to motivate students to realize the value of effective leadership and to incorporate these skills into their respective schools, as well as prepare them for leadership opportunities after high school.”
